After the recent mid-term election votes were counted, Wayne Shuler, AICP was confirmed as APA South Carolina’s new President-Elect.
Wayne is the Director of Planning and Zoning for the City of West Columbia. Prior to taking on this role, he spent almost 20 years with the Central Midlands Council of Government as the Regional Planning Manager. Wayne also serves on the SC Planning Education Advisory Committee.
