The 2026 Fall SCAPA Conference will take place at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, located at 1101 Lincoln Street in Columbia, South Carolina.

Early Bird Registration Opens: August 31, 2026

Early Bird Registration Deadline: September 30, 2026

SCAPA has negotiated rates with two hotels near the Columbia Convention Center, the Hilton Columbia Center and the Hampton Inn Columbia-Downtown Historic District. Conference Rates are available utilizing the following codes:

• 1:30pm-5pm: Conference sessions

• Thursday, October 8
• 8-9am: Registration and breakfast
• 9am-12pm: Conference sessions
• 12pm-2pm: Lunch on your own
• 2pm-5pm: Conference sessions
• Friday, October 9
• 8-9am: Registration and breakfast
• 9am-12pm: Conference sessions

For Non-AICP Attendees

Please email scapa@scapa.org with a request for certificate and number of hours earned. SCAPA will use this information to create a certificate of attendance with your total number of C.E. hours earned during the conference. Certificates will be sent via email as soon as possible after a request is made.
