Position: Transit Program Manager
Job Summary: The Lower Savannah Council of Governments, a regional planning and development agency located in Aiken, SC, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Transit Program Manager. This position offers the opportunity to help shape and strengthen public transit services across a
six-county region and directly support mobility and quality of life for residents throughout the Lower Savanah Region. The Transit Program Manager oversees LSCOG’s transit programs and contracted transit operations, including grant administration, regulatory compliance, procurement, planning, financial monitoring, service evaluation, and contractor performance.
