RFQ – Land Use and Housing Element of Comprehensive Plan, Town of Clover

The Town of Clover, South Carolina, requests proposals from qualified firms to update the Housing and Land Use Elements of the Town of Clover Comprehensive Plan.  The Catawba Regional Council of Governments is updating the other elements of the Plan and will provide assistance to the successful firm on the Housing and Land Use updates.

The RFQ provides background information on the project, contact person for the project, general scope of services, required contents of the proposal, rating/selection process, and the time and date to respond.

Submit response to this Request for Qualifications to the attention of Town Administrator Allison Harvey, 116 Bethel Street, PO Box 1060, Clover, SC 29710, or by email to aharvey@cloversc.org.  Responses will be accepted until  Noon EST, Friday, November 18, 2022.  Responses received after this date and time will be immediately disqualified. The Town assumes no responsibility for the delivery of proposals that are mailed.
