POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for assisting with the county-wide planning activities; interpreting and administering the County’s Zoning Ordinance, Land Development Regulations, and other related ordinances.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires Bachelor’s degree in professional planning, urban planning, or related field and two (2) years of planning, zoning, land use or related field (preferably in local government); or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver’s license issued by the employee’s State of residence for the type of vehicle or equipment operated.
