The City of Hardeeville, South Carolina is requesting proposals from qualified developers to enter into a Public/Private Partnership to redevelop over six acres of City-owned property strategically located on Whyte Hardee Boulevard (US 17). Hardeeville is one of the fastest growing municipalities in South Carolina and this project will assist in furthering the goals of both the Whyte Hardee Boulevard and Municipal Hub Master Plans. Any combination of possible incentives and inducements may be discussed and negotiated with the successful respondent.
