OVERVIEW: Berkeley County Government is soliciting qualification statements from Civil Engineering, Surveying, Land Use Planning, and similar consulting firms qualified to conduct technical development plan (Third-Party) review services on an as needed and expedited review basis – Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC). The County reserves the right to select multiple firms.
NOTICE: This request for Qualifications does not commit Berkeley County to award a Contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a Qualification Statement or to procure or contract for the articles of goods or services. The County reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities, to reject any or all Qualification Statements received as a result of this request, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this Request for Qualification, if it is in the best interest of the County to do so.
