Position Description | HR&A seeks full-time Summer Analyst Fellows for 12 weeks in our New York, Dallas, Los Angeles, Raleigh, and Washington, DC offices. Fellows are asked to take on responsibilities in line with those of the core analytical staff at HR&A. Typical assignments include market and case study research, economic and financial analyses, and public policy assessment, as well as the preparation of marketing materials, proposals, and client deliverables in the form of written reports and memos, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel models.
Experience Required | HR&A is accepting applications from candidates who have completed their Bachelor’s degree and are working towards completion of an advanced degree, preferably with a concentration in urban planning, real estate finance, economic development, public policy, and/or housing finance. Additional relevant work experience is preferred. Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and other Office programs; and the ability to manage multiple assignments at once. Furthermore, candidates should be highly-motivated independent thinkers who are detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, and sufficiently poised for client interaction.
COMPENSATION | Full-time Fellows will be paid a monthly stipend based on experience and qualifications.
