The French Broad River MPO is seeking a qualified firm, or team of firms, for the development of an Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) plan to enhance traffic flow, improve safety, and reduce congestion through advanced transportation technologies. The RFLOI outlines project details, submission requirements, and deadlines. Interested parties should review the full RFLOI and submit their responses by August 18, 2025, at 5pm.
