The City of Riverside, California – the largest and most dynamic city in the State’s fastest-growing metro area – seeks top-tier consulting professionals to comprehensively update the community’s General Plan, transform its land development regulations, and prepare for the future with a Climate Action & Adaptation Plan. As the largest city in the Inland Empire, Riverside is poised to seize its destiny as a place defined by intelligent growth, innovation, compassion, inclusiveness and prosperity. The City is experiencing unprecedented investment in housing, employment, and green technology. Planning for this investment and related growth is essential.
Through this Request for Proposals, the City is seeking a highly qualified Consultant or Consultant Team to provide technical expertise and strategic guidance for this once-in-a-generation opportunity. The awarded Consultant or Team will join the City for the next three years as it collaborates with the community to chart the path forward and develop the tools to get there.
