General Job Description
Under limited supervision, coordinates the activities of the Community Development Department to ensure the proper enforcement and administration of the County zoning and development standards and ordinances and the development, administration and implementation of the County’s Comprehensive Plan. Performs related administrative, supervisory and technical duties as required. Reports to the County Administrator.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in city and regional planning, public administration, business administration or other relevant field supplemented by three to five years of planning/zoning administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
